About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Supervisor Belt Maintenance Execution based within our Operations Services Maintenance team in Western Australia.
Reporting directly to the OS Superintendent Maintenance, this role is responsible for collaborating with a number of different stakeholders and leading a highly skilled team of technicians to safely execute the maintenance of conveyor belts across the Pilbara region.
Your duties will include:
Foster positive & productive working relationships and team culture
Set and maintain clear safety standards with your team
Lead safety investigations and risk assessments and provide quality reviews
Build capability through coaching, mentoring and provide technical advice and support to your team of belt technicians and contract partners
Lead and support continuous improvement opportunities
Coordination of conveyor belt maintenance with multiple internal stakeholders
Timely data collation, analysis and sharing of key work management metrics.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
Mechanical trade qualifications
Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through using your influence
The ability to successfully lead and work within a team environment and build effective working relationships
Experience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g. 1SAP)
Extensive experience in conveyor maintenance or equivalent industry experience
Experience in detailed scoping and maintenance planning for multi-disciplined workgroups operating in a Fixed Plant Maintenance environment is preferred but not essential
Experience gained in a shutdown environment would be advantageous
Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
Minimum of C class cencemanual drivers licence.
