Specialist – Recruitment & Mobilisation (Perth Workshop, WA, AU, 6105)

Macmahon Maintenance Masters is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Specialist to join the team in a 12-month fixed term capacity based at the Perth Airport WAC Workshop. You will be part of a small, high-energy team where your multiple skill sets, and qualifications will be highly valued. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 7am – 3.30pm. 

Responsibilities of the role:
•    End to end recruitment for blue-collar trade roles 
•    Job advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, and conducting due diligence
•    Engage with hiring managers to understand requirements and to develop relationships
•    Proactive talent searching
•    Mobilisations – organising medicals, PPE, contracts, inductions, site access for both new starters and transfers

To be successful the following is required:
•    1-2 years in a similar position – mining recruitment and mobilisation
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Previous experience using Success Factors recruitment platform – highly regarded
