BHP’s Performance and Analytics Team is responsible for undertaking analysis and providing insights to drive maintenance productivity and performance across our assets. Our activities range from identifying maintenance performance gaps, deriving actionable insights, formulating strategies and implementing improvement projects.
As Specialist Performance and Analytics, you will work in a team that is responsible for providing performance insights to deliver improvements in BHP Maintenance performance globally. You will work collaboratively within a team of Performance Principals and Specialists; and Data Analytics Principals and Specialists. The role is a key advisor to decision makers as we develop strategies to mitigate risk and improve outcomes for our customers.
This is a Brisbane based role offering permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday. Flexible working options are available.
