About the Role
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for the role of, Track Execution Coordinator reporting to the Track Execution Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe execution of planned work performed by our contractor partners throughout the rail network.
Responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to the BHP Charter values.
- Attend daily prestart meetings and deliver events and notices to the contractor partners to allow safe execution of works.
- Undertake quality field leadership activities, and provide coaching and feedback within team and to others.
- Engage with contractors to ensure they have all the information and resources to complete their work safely and on time.
- Complete 1sap work management, including time confirming, attaching documents.
- Review, approve and sign contractor’s daily time sheets.
- Engagement with contractors consistent with the BHP Contractor Management Framework.
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver, whilst maintaining and fostering a caring, respectful culture.
- Ability to work autonomously and travel across various locations throughout the rail network.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need experience within the rail network re rail executions and 1Sap work management experience (essential). Other attributes include:
- Demonstrated direct line leader and people leadership ability
- Learning agility – demonstrated ability to learn quickly, taking accountability as you go, ensuring learnings are used as a platform for improvement
- Proven ability to manage challenges in proactive positive manner, with a problem solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels.
- 1sap work management experience
- Trade qualification an advantage.
