An exciting role of Principal Learning Growth and Development exists within the BHP Future Fit Academy (FFA) team where you will be a key member of a capable team. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders and feel comfortable communicating at a variety of levels. Your presentation skills will lead the way to both motivate and engage, as well as being a key representative of our values and safety when engaging with leaders to our innovative program.
Key responsibilities will include:
