About the role
The planning specialist will be working on commercial construction projects where they will be project planning, scheduling and be the progress & performance custodian. The positions objectives are to provide a quality, well maintained, and accepted detailed integrated master schedule.
You will be a go-to technical expert on all matters related to scheduling and be the custodian of schedule integrity, relevance, and timeliness. It will require you to be proactive in all scheduling and planning matters and schedule software (P6 & MS Project), ensuring effective, efficient, honest, and timely schedule and planning related reporting. In this role you will also facilitate progress & performance measurement and reporting from defined rules of credit and champion the earned value measurement for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
