The Macmahon WAC Head Office is located near Perth International Airport, T2. The WAC Head Office hosts Macmahon’s centralised support services and operates as the centre of gravity for the wider Australian business.
Macmahon is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the Accounts team on permanent full-time basis. The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices into Macmahon’s systems to enable timely payments to suppliers.
Key tasks of the role includes but is not limited to:
Ensure all major accounts are reconciled and followed upon a monthly basis.
Ensure all customer calls and email are addressed in a timely manner with attention to detail.
Match invoices to Purchase Orders prior to entry
High level of customer service as point of contact for specific site queries regarding their invoice.
Performing ad hoc payment (cheque and EFT) runs if required.
Other ad hoc AP functions if and when required (credit card processing, fuel card processing)
Previous administrative experience within the Accounts Payable area
High attention to detail aligning with high volume data entry
SAP S4 Hana Experience is highly regarded
Ability to multi-task utilising multiple systems
Advanced MS Office suite skills and ability to master new systems quickly
