NPI Project Manager

We are seeking an NPI Project Manager for a permanent full-time site based opportunity.

The Role

MACA has an exciting opportunity for an NPI Project Manager to manage exciting new Greenfields and Brownfields Projects. The role is a site based position, working an 8/6 roster at various locations within Western Australia. You will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of these projects that service our mining business and will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the effectiveness of how MACA delivers services to our valued clients across all sites.

Specific to this role you will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the team
• Manage safety performance through MACA’s established systems
• Actively review and measure project budgets
• Oversee planning and scheduling
• Be accountable for delivery of actions/issues arising from meetings
• Ensure capability and succession planning of people through training and performance management
• Lead process improvement projects/activities and system audits documented appropriately and completed within agreed timeframes
• Effective communication skills both within your team and also our clients
• Ability to manage multi sub – contractor disciplines

To be successful in this role, the following attributes will be required;

• You will have extensive leadership experience, with high levels of energy and effective communication and influencing skills
• You will have a demonstrated capability managing within the NPI / Civil space
• A solid understanding of project budgets and cost control
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast paced contracting business
• Tertiary qualifications would be an advantage
