Mobilisation Co-ordinators Casual

We have immediate opportunity for four (4) self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven Mobilisation Co-ordinators to join our high performing team.

This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing our labour demand for our shutdown projects for our Asset Services Industrial division. You will manage and maintain our workforce talent pools whilst managing stakeholder relationships and providing effective workforce solutions to the business, you will ensure a robust process orientation, be proactive and flexible to support the broader workforce requirements.

These roles are based in Perth City:

• three (3) Perth Based roles
• three (3) FIFO role

ABOUT YOU

You will have proven experience working within a mining workforce management environment and have a solid track record meeting high volume mobilisation demands. You will be able to demonstrate that you are delivery focused whilst ensuring best practice workforce/redeployment methodology is adopted and continuous improvement opportunities are realized.

• Previous experience with shutdown mobilisation within a mining environment preferred;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• A strong customer service focus with the ability to collaborate, influence and foster teamwork;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERMS;
• High levels of motivation, excellent time management and organisational skills;
• A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business.
