Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead the Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing effective and efficient telephone and face to face technical support to users within the business regarding desktop issues, in line with company guidelines.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Pilgangoora Operation and will operate on an operational roster of 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO or DIDO.
