Civil Project Engineer (Perth Airport, WA, AU, 6105)

The Warrawoona Gold Project is situated in the East Pilbara district of the Pilbara Goldfield of Western Australia, approximately 150km south east of Port Hedland and approximately 25km south east of the town of Marble Bar. 

Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer keen to join the Warrawoona Gold Project. 

To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

 
•    Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience within civil mining environment 
•    Strong technical knowledge in mine site bulk earthworks and roadworks
•    Good understanding of HSE requirements and application during bulk earthworks and roadworks construction. 
•    Experience in estimating, planning, procurement, progress reporting and QA/QC.  
•    Monitor all aspects of the project including safety, quality, program, and cost. 
•    Effectively manage sub-contractors, negotiate rates, and ensure sub-contractors are compliant with project requirements. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Experience in managing people and projects.
•    Ability to undertake 2&1 FIFO roster Ex Perth
