As one of our highly regarded Chef Supervisors, you will be responsible for owning the development and implementation of the menu, influencing the brand’s development and mentoring a small team of kitchen staff in this prestigious site.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team with a real passion for fresh food and fresh ideas in newly refurbished and creative spaces.

A bit about you

• Previous experience within a similar capacity who is a true foodie at heart
• Strong emphasis on modern, wellbeing, inspired menus with a focus on visual presentation
• A passion for nutrition, sustainability and locally sourced seasonal produce
• A highly skilled and energetic hands-on chef, with the ability to switch from catering for boarders to café style fare and fine-dining and functions and events
