Due to an upcoming period of significant growth, we are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across WA.
Perth based opportunity with minimum fortnightly travel.
As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Site Management teams to grow the 28 Villages business

This customer-focused leadership role is caring for a team of food professionals and facilities staff. As an experienced operator, you will focus on inspiring a team to create amazing customer experiences, whilst also ensuring we run a tight commercial operation. Whilst understanding the commercial nuances of this managerial position is critical to the success of the business; it’s brilliant leadership that is well and truly at the epicentre of this role. The ability to coach teams, deliver amazing service and create an environment in which customers are able to experience the entirety of the 28 Villages experience is conducive to success in this position.
