Macmahon is accepting applications for the role of Catalogue Administrator to join our Perth based Supply Team. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office near the Perth Airport T1/T2 terminals.
The role focus
System catalogue management
Vendor administration and governance
Receipting and invoice coding/processing
The ideal candidate
5 years + in Procurement and Supply Chain
Experience in Mining and Construction Industry
Solid Experience with ERP system SAP
Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
Ability to influence correct procurement practices across MAH group
Strong time management ability
Ability to work autonomously
Strong analytical skills / trouble shooting
High level commercial acumen
